**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives outlined by the management.
- Conduct market analysis and report on trends, customer feedback, and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and network with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the transport and logistics sector.
- Education: Any degree; B.Com. preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
