**About the Role**:
This role is responsible for instructing new Medical Documentation Specialists as they progress through Augmedix Scribe Training.

This role involves leading lectures, giving 1:1 feedback, grading notes, demonstrating how to take high quality notes using Augmedix tools, and assisting with content development. The day-to-day of this role requires someone who enjoys helping and motivating others to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and lead cohorts of new trainees through Augmedix Scribe Training.
- Proactively track trainee progress and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve content and processes.
- Work 1:1 with the trainees to overcome the training-related challenges
- Prepare performance reports for the trainees
- Perform training-related administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Passionate in coaching
- Innovative in creating training methodologies to achieve a great learning experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with trainees of all age groups and social backgrounds.

**Qualification**:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Training experience (1+ year preferred)
- Live Scribing experience
- Training/ teaching experience on Augmedix tools will be an added advantage.
