**Level/Salary Range**: INR 3 Lakhs
- 6 Lakhs P.A.

**Position **: Full Time, Contract Basis

**Role and Responsibilities**

This Head Technician role presents an exciting opportunity to take on leadership role at our company. We are a DTY manufacturing company operating in Surat Gujarat. The following are the day-to-day roles and responsibilities of the Head Technician.
- Manage production planning and adjusting the machines according to the standards and quality decided by the management.
- Managing and delegating work to the supervisors and factory staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensuring reports are maintained and submitted by the supervisor team daily.
- Any other responsibility delegated by the management.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

1. Diploma/B. E/B. Tech - Textile or Diploma/B. E/B. Tech - Instrumentation and Control

2. Minimum 3 Years’ Experience of ATY, DTY (Aalidhra) Machines, And Utilities

(Compressors)

3. Good Communication Skills

4. Basic Microsoft Excel Skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandvi, Surat - 394110, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
