- Comfortable working in a computerized environment preferably through CRM.
- Willing to be located at Udaipur.
- 5- Desirable qualification- A post graduate degree with relevant work experience would be an added advantage.- 6- Experience- Minimum one year’s experience of admission counselling and tele-calling in an educational environment, preferably with MBA coaching institutes/edu-tech companies.- 7- Major

**Responsibilities**:
- Will be responsible for handling & responding to queries received regarding admission to various programs offered by IIMU.
- Manage CRM system of leads generated and consistently follow up, primarily through tele-calling, on leads received of those interested in the program/s to ensure they are successfully concluded.
- Will proactively reach out to the database of prospective applicants to seek interest in the program/s.
- Assist in promotional activities of the program/s as and when required.
- Will be required to work 6 days/week with a split weekly day off instead of Sundays during admission cycle.
- 8- Key Skills required- Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department.
