**Job Description**:

- ** Marine Operations Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate all marine activities related to the construction of the bridge.
- Ensure efficient utilization of marine resources, including vessels, equipment, and manpower.
- Develop and implement marine operational plans in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- ** Personnel Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of marine personnel, including captains, crew members, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of marine personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- ** Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
