- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promoting and selling tyres to existing and prospective customers.
- Implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate tyre solutions.
- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Advising customers on tyre specifications, features, and benefits.
- Demonstrating the use and benefits of products to customers.
- **Sales Planning and Reporting**:

- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets.
- Preparing sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Tracking sales performance and analyzing sales data.
- **Market Research**:

- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Gathering market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences.
- Staying informed about industry developments and market conditions.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
- Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **After-Sales Service**:

- Providing after-sales support and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to fulfill customer orders.
- Sharing feedback from customers with the product development team to improve offerings.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the tyre industry, and the ability to work independently. A background in sales and a valid driver’s license are typically required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
