Title: Reservation Executive - Tour and Travel Company

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the tour packages, travel itineraries, accommodation options, transportation services, and other offerings provided by the company.
- **Booking Coordination**: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure reservations and confirm bookings for customers.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Assist customers in planning and customizing travel itineraries based on their preferences, interests, budget constraints, and special requests.
- **Reservation Processing**: Process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details such as travel dates, destinations, accommodations, and transportation arrangements are correct.
- **Payment Processing**: Collect payments from customers for reservations, process transactions securely, and provide customers with receipts and confirmation documents.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, providing travel advice, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, payments, and customer interactions using CRM software or other reservation systems.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and exceptional customer experiences.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers post-booking to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle any changes or modifications to bookings as necessary.
- **Travel Regulations and Compliance**: Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional services, upgrades, or add-on experiences to enhance customers' travel experiences and maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in reservation management, customer service, or a related role in the travel industry is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist customers in planning and booking memorable travel experiences.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail in processing bookings, managing reservations, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using reservation systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and meet business demands.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
