- skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Office & Operations Manager.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Office Management:

- o Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the sales office.
- o Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets and enhance
- business growth.
- o Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective sales execution and customer
- satisfaction.
- o Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to senior management.
- Operational Management:

- o Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to
- company standards.
- o Streamline workflow and improve operational procedures to enhance productivity and
- reduce operational costs.
- o Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and administrative teams.
- o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to operations or service delivery.
- Team Supervision & Support:

- o Lead and manage a team of office staff, ensuring proper training and motivation.
- o Provide support to the team in handling customer queries, complaints, and service
- requests.
- o Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans.
- Administrative & Documentation Tasks:

- o Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and data entry for operational processes.
- o Maintain and organize client files, transaction records, and other relevant documents.
- o Manage office supplies and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time.
- System Management & Reporting:

- o Proficient use of company software, CRM systems, and other digital tools to track sales,
- client data, and operations.
- o Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, operational
- activities, and business development progress.
- Requirements:

- Educational Qualification:

- o Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field).
- Experience:

- o Proven experience in sales, office management, or operations (preferably in the
- microfinance sector).
- o Experience managing teams and overseeing office operations.
- Technical Skills:

- o Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- and other relevant software.
- o Good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Key Skills:

- o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- o Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
