As a Telesales Executive for Eye Mantra Hospital, you will play a crucial role in our patient outreach efforts. You will be responsible for promoting our eye care services, educating potential patients about our treatments, and assisting them in scheduling appointments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by connecting them with the vision care they need.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Place outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce Eye Mantra Hospital and our services.
- Engage potential patients in conversations to understand their eye care needs.
- Provide detailed information about our range of treatments, surgeries, and specialized services.
- **Appointment Setting**:
- Effectively schedule appointments for consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Coordinate with the appointment scheduling team to ensure availability and smooth booking processes.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment instructions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential patients over the phone.
- Address any questions or concerns potential patients may have regarding our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- **Meet Sales Targets**:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies to convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and efficiency.
- **Stay Informed**:
- Stay up-to-date with knowledge of our hospital's services, advancements in eye care technology, and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade and influence potential patients.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach to customer interactions.
- High school diploma required; additional education in sales or healthcare is a plus.
