**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To Lead the Entire Finance & Accounts Team
- To Finalize and review monthly Financials with CEO
- Responsible for Monthly P&L, Variance Analysis, Report to Board / Investor with Monthly Performance Pack
- Ensure proper Internal Controls are followed and report for any deviations.
- Ensure Complete Compliance including Filing of Returns: (GST, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law, TDS and TCS and Annual Income tax returns
- Review Advance Tax Calculation on every Quarter
- Handle all the Audits i.e. Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit etc.
- Review of Capex and Capex Budget of Factory.
- Prepare and Review SOP, ICFR, Preparation of IND AS
- Prepare & Submit the Annual Budget, Forecast, and Variance Analysis
- Support CEO for Fund Raising Activities including Roadshows, Preparation of Financial Performance.
- Review and Maintain All Insurance of the company.
- Prepare Product Costing Report and Discuss with COO/CEO
- Maintain Cash Flow and Working Capital Cycle
- CA/ ICWA
- Handled BIG4 audit firm
- Knowledge of India GAAP & Ind AS
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Knowledge of GST & Income Tax Act. Companies Act
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Knowledge of ERP like SAP, Dynamics
