**Responsibilities**:
**Client File Preparation**:
- Gather all necessary documents and information required for submission to the electricity department for solar project approval.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client files to expedite the approval process.
**Meeting with Electricity Department Officials**:
- Arrange and attend meetings with electricity department officials to obtain approval for solar projects.
- Present project details, address any queries or concerns, and facilitate discussions to secure approval.
**Follow-up with Junior Engineer (JE) and Assistant Engineer (AE)**:
- Coordinate site inspections with JE and AE to assess project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain regular communication to schedule inspections and address any issues raised during the process.
**Follow-up with Executive Engineer for Agreement Signing**:
- Communicate with the Executive Engineer to facilitate the signing of agreementsrelated to solar projects.
- Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation required for agreement signing.
**First Solar Electricity Bill Follow-up**:
- Follow up with the respective sub-division of the electricity department to ensure timely issuance of the first solar electricity bill to clients.
**Subsidy File Preparation**:
- Identify eligible clients for solar subsidies and prepare subsidy files according to government regulations.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate subsidy approval and disbursement.
**Client Communication and Updates**:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project.
**Client Review and Feedback**:
- Solicit feedback from clients upon completion of solar projects to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Incorporate client feedback into future project planning and execution.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass, or completion of an ITI (IndustrialTraining Institute) program.
- Valid driving license for a motorbike.
- Utilize your own bike for commuting to different project sites and electricity department offices as required.
- Work experience of at least 1 year in a relevant field.
- Good communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Travel to various locations within the electricity department's jurisdiction to assist with site inspections and project assessments.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and electricity department officials.
- Maintain clear and professional communication channels to convey project updates, inquiries, and requests.
