**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Designer cum Merchandiser. The Textile Designer will be responsible for creating embroidery designs, têxtile prints, graphics, and other têxtile-related tasks. The role requires working closely with the team to develop unique and innovative designs in line with current market trends. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs and ensuring they are effectively marketed and sold.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design Creation: Develop innovative têxtile designs that align with current market trends and customer preferences.

Merchandising: Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in embroidery and têxtile prints
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles and fabrics
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
