**Industry - Construction (Highways/Roads/Underpass/ Canals)**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure comprehensive Financial Systems and Accounting Procedures are established and maintained in order to provide appropriate levels of security and control over the Company's resources and operations.
- Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS and Taxation.
- Prepare the Company's budgets and forecasts. Liaising with all departments and subsidiaries to gather the necessary budget input and ensure the budgets are updated as required by management.
- Prepare financial projections in support of the Company's overall Business Plan. Also, provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Conduct reconciliation of the Company's financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
- Maintain active relationship and co-ordination with Banks to prevent any lag in operations and to bring One Bank-All Needs Status Quo in company.
- Conduct regular monthly reconciliations of Project Costing and profitability against Budgets and Forecasts.
- Review and monitor the expenditure process proactively. Suggest procedural changes necessary to ensure that errors are logged and corrected.
- Ensure that periodic regulatory project audits are prepared accurately and submitted to applicable authorities. Understand and implement Direct / Indirect Taxation. Good understanding of the laws of the land and statutory procedures.
- Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements.
- Prepare / review monthly MIS reports on key performance indicators for the Management Review Meetings and also prepare / review various MIS reports including daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the CEO and Board of Director’s.
- Manage audits - Company / Subsidiary companies and projects.
- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
- Tracking cash flow & financial planning. Keeping cash flow stable, develop accurate financial scenarios.
- Responsible for contributing to the attainment of the company’s goals, objectives, business growth and expansion by providing strategic financial models and develop necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure sound Financial Management and Controls of the business.
- Financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, short term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, project financing and dis-investments and development of strategic business models, identifying risks and deficiencies.
- Forecast short term and long-term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.

**Qualifications and Skills required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Qualified CA.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP/Tally).
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.

**Salary**: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
