Maintenance Fitter

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Maintenance**:
a.
- Ensure PM is done on time by obtaining the plan from the Supervisor.
- Coordinate with the operator to take the machine during PM.
- Prior to starting PM, ensure availability of spares and external services like lathe.
- After completing PM, record the details in the checklist and update the entry in SAP.
- Log any replaced spares in the checklist.
- Immediately scrap any removed spares.
- Clean the area after completing the PM.
- Hand over the machine in running condition and verify its status with the operator.

b.
- Attend breakdowns promptly and restore the machine to operation as quickly as possible.
- Follow the correct procedure while fixing spares to avoid damaging them.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities.

**2. Safety**:

- Awareness should be provided to prevent Un-Safe Acts.
- Awareness should be provided to avoid Un-Safe Conditions.
- Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

**3. Maintenance Cost**:

- Ensure cost control in accordance with the target set in the goals.

**4. SOP for Machine Operations**:

- Adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP) for machine operations.

**5. 5-S (House Keeping)**:

- Instill a culture of Good Housekeeping among team members.
- Educate team members about the Five Principles and the importance of Housekeeping.
- Mark various 5-S zones and assign responsibilities to team members for their maintenance.
- Conduct regular 5-S audits and record improvement points.
- Continuously improve 5-S practices and sustain the improvements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
