This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

The role will be responsible for assisting in formulating and managing the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for data quality and performance.

S/he will be responsible for ensuring proper implementation of quality assurance objectives and meeting the set target for organization wide initiative

The role shall aim to achieve a high level of consistency and quality in approach, standards, and methodology for Data Quality management and controls maintaining a customer-centric approach that aligns with each line of business, function, and region to mitigate Data management risk.

**What You'll Bring**:
Lead a team of 2-5 associates for data driven analysis, projects, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance/obligation fulfillment in terms of data
- Engage with large set of Financial institutions who are members/Client for driving data related improvements
- Connect frequently with Clients/member financial institution for driving data engagement and quality

**Member/Client Engagement**:

- Able to drive data related conversation with Large to Small Financial institution who are submitting Credit/lending data to Transunion CIBIL India
- Internally Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholder and within team to share clear and concise requirement for creating story boards and presentation
- Very good orator who could represent data driven insights to group or individual Financial institution across India on frequent basis

**Data Story Board preparation**:

- Able to articulate or wireframe the dashboard that needs to be frequently presented to internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to design simple and concise storyboard for Financial institutions
- Think out of box in data representation and message delivery

**Team management**:

- Must lead a team of dynamic data analyst/ data scientist / data stewards who are guided to identify and resolve data related anomalies
- Help motivate team and ensure timely delivery of BAU and member deliverables
- Ensure the enthusiasm and morale within team is maintained, so that they are always self-motivated and eager to deliver at highest level

**Stake Holder Management**:

- Quick learner and understand the right stakeholder for engagement and faster resolution
- Maintains a high degree of interaction with all associates across organization for collaboration and driving quality outcome through consensus.

**Track and Delivery expectation**:

- Very strong in Project or task management
- Ensure updates across organization are accurate and updated
- Information is made easily available through dashboard or visualization tools
- Conduct meeting and session at senior management level to share solutions and way forward

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Product Management or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Financial domain which includes at least 5+ years expertise in lending industry ( Private Banks/ NBFC/Public Sector Banks )
- Very Very strong in Presentation. Proven record of accomplishment of accomplishment of representation to large audience in summits / workshops.
- Business acumen to resolve queries or share solutions to Financial industries in terms of Data analysis and dashboards
- Prior experience of at least 5 years to handle dynamic team of Data Analyst/Data Scientist.
- Flexibility to travel as needed on a frequent basis
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
