We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join our team. As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. You will work closely with our product and development teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions
- Develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover areas for improvement
- Work closely with development team to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
