**Job Title: Trainer cum Customer Executive (BPO/Calling)**
We are seeking a dynamic **Trainer cum Customer Executive (BPO/Calling)** to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and experienced service center agents, auditing their calls, sharing feedbacks, making calls for customer review on service, and supporting employees to maintain productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Training new and experienced employees.
- Observing and identifying areas of improvement.
- Auditing calls and providing feedback.
- Making & Receiving calls
- Ensuring employees maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior CCE, or BPO trainer, QA, or related role.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Training & development: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
