Role & Responsibility:
1. Select vehicle based on loading capacity, and the weight and size of the corrugated boxes.

2. Understand the unloading scenario at the customer/third party end and provide a solution accordingly.

3. After checking for updates/approvals in SAP, ensure timely dispatch.

4. Based on planning from PPC (production planning and control) and marketing team, make necessary arrangements for transporters to pick up the material on time.

5. Track the life cycle of finished goods to ensure FIFO and safe maintenance of inventory.

6. Prioritize dispatches according to urgency and importance.

7. Maintaining periodical MIS & data entries in the company software.

8. Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation & warehousing.

9. Should have a very good knowledge of various truck types and their load capacity.

10. Reporting to the Senior General Manager.

11. Preparation and tracking of service register.

13. Negotiation with vendors.

14. Processing Logistics Payments.

15. Monitoring and controlling logistics cost continuously.

16. Improving Logistics processes and systems.

**Documentation**:
1. Ensure all documents are sent along with the goods such as; invoice, packing list, COC, e-way bill copy, and all statutory required documents, etc.

2. Ensure each corrugated box has the correct production as well as invoice label on it.

3. All customer invoices/ transportation documents will include: Name and Contact details of AJANTA PRINT ARTS, Name and address of customer, Date of invoice, Product name or description as per purchase order of the customer, Product quantity.

4. All the dispatch invoices along with attached P.O. copy, l.R./transport document, packing list, e-way bill, e-invoice, etc. Should be sent to h.o. in a serial order on a weekly basis.

5. All the proof of dispatch should be kept updated in soft copy and attached in sap.

6. Should be able to check the transporter documents and vehicle documents.

1. Strong communication, presentation skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word,Execl,Powerpoint).

3. Willingness to learn & adopt in a fast-paced environment.

4. Time management & should be able to work as a team respecting the co-workers.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
