Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our e-commerce company. You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and report to the Filed Sales Executive. Prior experience of handling B2B and B2C clients is must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers by providing them with information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and new products to ensure that our products remain competitive
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1+2 years of sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
