**Citrix Admin**:
**Experience**: 4+yrs

**Shift**: Afternoon and Night shift (rotational)

**Work mode**: Hybrid

**Location**: Chennai/Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide second-level technical support to end-users and clients, escalating and resolving complex issues
- Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 1912 LTSR CU5 and Citrix PVS 1912 LTSR CU5
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix-related problems
- Monitor system performance and proactively optimize Citrix environments for scalability and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Citrix-related projects
- Stay abreast of emerging Citrix technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory,
- Fundamental Understanding of VMWare Hypervisor and Server Virtualization,
- Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 1912 LTSR CU5 and Citrix PVS 1912 LTSR CU5,
- Strong communication skills.
