- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix-related problems

- Stay abreast of emerging Citrix technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory,
- Fundamental Understanding of VMWare Hypervisor and Server Virtualization,
- Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 1912 LTSR CU5 and Citrix PVS 1912 LTSR CU5,
- Strong communication skills.
