Floor Incharge

Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Floor Incharges responsible for maintaining discipline and fostering English communication outside the classroom environment in our school. As a Floor Incharge, you will play a pivotal role in upholding school rules, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere, and promoting English language proficiency among students through daily interactions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Discipline Management**:

- Supervise student behavior and enforce disciplinary measures as necessary.
- Monitor common areas such as corridors, and playground to ensure adherence to school rules.
- Address conflicts and behavioral issues effectively, fostering a positive school environment
- **English Communication Enhancement**:

- Engage students in conversational English during non-academic hours.
- Facilitate English-speaking activities and initiatives to improve students' language skills.
- Provide assistance and encouragement to students in expressing themselves confidently in English.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to maintain a cohesive approach to student discipline and language development.
- Keep detailed records of disciplinary incidents and English language enhancement activities.
- Regularly report to school management on disciplinary matters and English communication progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field.
- Proven experience in student discipline management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
