- Design and improve user interfaces for our FEMS platform
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, operations and developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

**Key Skills**
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Balsamic, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research and usability testing

**Desirable Skills**

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any faculty

**Experience**
- 3+ years of experience of working as a UX Designer
