As an Azure Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in our technology strategy, designing and implementing innovative cloud and AI solutions that align with our business goals. This role is perfect for a seasoned architect who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys solving complex problems with a focus on AI technologies and advanced Azure services.

Key responsibilities:

- AI Integration: Lead initiatives involving Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and other AIpowered services to drive intelligent solutions across the organization.
- Azure Resource Management: Oversee the deployment and management of Azure resources, ensuring optimal configuration, scalability, and performance.
- Data Solutions: Design and implement data solutions using Cosmos DB, ensuring data availability, consistency, and scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with security and compliance standards, implementing best practices for security, governance, and data protection.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve existing cloud architecture for efficiency, performance, and costeffectiveness.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with developers, system engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and enduser satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect focused on Azure.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Expertise in AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and machine learning models.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, especially AppInsights, to drive performance optimization.
- Proven experience in designing data architectures with Cosmos DB.
- Expertise in cloud security, networking, storage, monitoring, and automation tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform, PowerShell).
- Proven experience in migrating complex onpremises workloads to Azure. - Solid understanding of cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable. Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience in cost management and optimization in cloud environments.
