Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Spearhead the new business development, renewal, and expansion of existing/new contracts to drive revenue.
Identify additional opportunities for renewal/upgrades within the product and service portfolio. Generate precise forecasts and produce sales activity reports as needed.
Deliver compelling presentations of Products and Services to the client base, aiming to stimulate revenue growth.
Initiate contact with potential clients, diligently exploring new business opportunities within the specified customer segments.
Prioritize customer retention strategies to contribute significantly to meeting performance targets set.
Organize and lead product demonstrations, showcasing the diverse offerings.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients, highlighting the inherent value.
Regularly communicate business reports, including comprehensive sales updates, to the respective manager.
Explore cross-selling opportunities within the broader product ecosystem.
**Requirements**:
Accumulate 1-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, or comparable positions.
Possess prior experience in quota-carrying sales, with proficiency in areas such as SaaS sales, B2B sales, and technology product sales.
Demonstrate a track record of success in developing new business and cultivating robust client relationships.
Exhibit consistent leadership in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and retention.
Graduation is the minimum qualifying criterion.
Garner 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
Experience in B2B/SaaS selling will be a valuable asset within the context.
Possess a detailed understanding of the market and customer behaviours, particularly in the context of offerings.
Showcase tech-savviness with a focus on leveraging technology solutions.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing the distinctive value proposition.
Leverage social selling skills to amplify brand visibility.
Display strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with multiple stakeholders with varied expectations and objections within the framework.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
