Laboratory Incharge

**Requirements**:

- Job Summary:

- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other departments and support research projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's preferred.
- years of laboratory experience, 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and LIMS.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
