Handle business-critical IT tasks ∙

Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly. ∙

Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, Virtual infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, access devices etc. ∙

Interact with the teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed ∙

Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups ∙ Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role with knowledge of databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management, system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Experience in Routers, Switches, Sophos XG Firewall, O 365 and Google Workspace Administration service management.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms is a plus
- Experience in website hosting Cpanel and DNS records management.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking CCNA.

**Salary**: ₹30,361.17 - ₹37,696.45 per month
