Job Title: Sr. Recovery Executive / Manager

Department: Collection

Reporting to: GM / CFO

**Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in sticky recovery in the Commodity Engineering Industry, preferably in the Steel Industry.
- Experience in handling Major Accounts.
- Familiarity with handling Legal processes for recovery.

Knowledge:

- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Savvy in using the Internet and social media platforms like LinkedIn for research and communication.
- Ability to find relevant data for recovery purposes.
- Knowledge of assessing customer creditworthiness.

Core Skills:

- Strong and commanding voice for effective communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills with expertise in documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and meet customers at their offices.

Soft Skills:

- Effective negotiation skills for successful recovery.
- Rapport-building skills to establish positive relationships with clients.
- Active listening and questioning skills for better understanding of customer needs.
- Polished meeting and telephone etiquettes.
- Networking skills to establish valuable connections.
- High grasping power and presence of mind for quick problem-solving.
- Good memory to recall critical details during interactions.

**Salary**: 3 to 5 Lakhs per annum

Education: Any Graduation

Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities): As a Sr. Recovery Executive / Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring accounts daily to identify outstanding account receivables.
- Investigating historical data for debts and bills.
- Taking appropriate actions to encourage timely payments.
- Processing payments and handling refunds.
- Resolving billing issues and customer credit concerns.
- Contacting clients to discuss overdue payments and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Updating account status records accurately.
- Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress.
- Collaborating with Lawyers and Chartered Accountants for legal recovery procedures.
- Sending strong recovery reminders via mail or other channels.
- Creating debit notes and ensuring collection for delayed payments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
