**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Experience working on social media platforms like Instagram marketing, Facebook marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Google my Business marketing, etc.(just one platform knowledge wont suffice the position)
- Must be experienced in handling Ad Campaigns(Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc)
- Must be well-versed with YouTube Marketing and Social Media SEO.
- Developing content strategies for Social media campaigns, feeds, and stories.
- Developing strategies for growth of businesses including SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical), and SMM (organic and promotional campaigns) strategies.
- Experience using Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager (along with driven results to show)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster, Ahref, SemRush, Facebook insights, etc for effective handling, analysis and optimization of ongoing projects.
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports for ongoing projects.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart & Ebay listings as well as their promotion (using SEO and ads)
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in Digital Marketing.
- Manage online reviews and reputation building (ORM)
- Client handling related to your work
- Perform thorough Competitors analysis
- Develop strategies and tactics for our clients to get the word out about their company/ brands and drive qualified traffic to their front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and keep onus for their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
- Work in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video ads.
- Adhere to clients preference by preparing and monitoring their ad budget.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives and campaigns with tracking and analysis, optimize accordingly and assess against predetermined goals.
- Advise and clarify marketing plans and how it will impact the clients brand.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing trends and updates.
- At least 2 years of experience including planning and managing projects and clients in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of Digital Marketing and its strategies.
- Should have a previous portfolio of driven results for brands you have worked upon to date.
- Knowledge of analytical software.
- Extensive knowledge in marketing tools such as (MailChimp, HubStop, HootSuite, Trello, Sales Funnels)
- Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster, WebTrends, etc).
- Extensive experience in organic search optimization and SEO planning.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, GoogleMy Business, and other platforms required in Digital Marketing.
- Experience/capability handling interns or a team.
- Experience doing audience and buyer persona research
- Bachelors degree or a diploma in Digital marketing, or related field is preferred
