- Howden is a global engineering business who focus on providing clients with industrial products that help multiple sectors improve their everyday processes. Howden’s core focus is on providing quality solutions for air and gas handling, and have over a century of experience in doing so.
- We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position supports the Sales Department needs by reviewing Market Information, customer Orders, aligning various department to meet overall growth Targets. This position serves as an integral link between Operations, Sales, Service Department and the customer to ensure that the opportunities are converted to orders. To support the business in Reporting and Funnel Management & to help

- What needs to be done?- Ensure the achievement of the Booking Forecast by planning and sales team.-
- Establish, develop, maintain and manage the business relationships with internal / external project stakeholders.-
- Manage and coordinate the process of contract documentation between customer & product units.-
- Manage the project Cash Flow (including customer payments) in close coordination with Purchase & Finance Department.-
- Report the Percentage of Completion (POC) accurately to concerned departments viz. Purchase & Finance Department & BU’s.-
- Tracking and communicating risks on opportunities.-
- Ensure accurate & reliable forecasting, reporting and communicating to the Customer and management.-
- Preparing Internal Reports (Weekly/Monthly/ Annual as applicable) accurately for business management for the areas of work assigned.-
- Ensure Howden SOX process compliance (as applicable) for activities handled.-
- Analyse Last sold reference in order to determine pricing policies, enable proactive proposal management and provide insights on areas of improvement for business growth.-
- Collect NPS feedback from customer, analyse and circulate it to respective teams for improvement.-
- Coordinate with the Sales, Proposals and Service teams analyze and report opportunities, business potential and competitor analysis.-
- To define, manage and act upon team KPIs for performance in relation to customer feedback, enquiry response time, volume of sales, margin growth and quote to order conversion rate.-
- Utilize the Howden Market Intelligence System ( IIR ) to identify potential and inform Sales Team on potential areas to focus on.-
- Follow up on the submitted sales Quotations based on price lists.-
- General administrative processing e.g. timesheets, invoicing / credits, etc.-
- Ensure clients are kept up to date with order schedules, delivery times and all other order related matters.-
- Support delivery of Howden’s global strategic marketing initiatives (customer presentations, collaterals, campaigns, advertisement, key global events, webinars and others) through the key market verticals.-
- Conduct brand assessment studies and brand perception analysis with the support of third parties.-
- Support the business units regarding their branding strategy for the acquired and in-house brands by using the strategic framework and ensure implementation with the Comms team.-
- Ensure accurate positioning of Howden in key markets by identifying the unique selling points, creating the key messages and ensuring execution with the Comms team.-
- Planning and deciding on the key global events and exhibitions.- Support and guide Global Marketing teams with their product launches including naming, trademarking, creating assets and implementing their launch campaign.- Develop and create marketing briefs, such as sales and product collateral by working with the product managers and business units. Provide brief for campaigns including Web/SEO/Webinar requests.- Support the development of the website and associated content.- Assist the development of the marketing section of the intranet and managing the associated content.- Encourage, implement and maintain the global marketing team collaboration through communication techniques such as Global Marketing meetings and internal communication channels such as managing Yammer and Connect.

What do you need to bring? Required skills, knowledge & behaviours- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field is required- Experience of 3-5 years in applied market research and analytical experience in a B2B engineering environment- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations- Experience using ERP/CRM- Energetic and driven personality - persistent, persuasive and result oriented- Strong attention to detail as well as good written and verbal English communication skills- Experience with coordinating in high demanding environment and in communicating on different management levels- Excellent Multitasking & Organizing ability- Strong Analyt
