Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated Boomi processes, maps, and configurations for optimal performance and scalability.

**2. SFDC Integration Leadership**:

- Guarantee data consistency and integrity throughout the Salesforce platform.

**3. Integration Design Excellence**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend intricate business requirements and formulate scalable and efficient integration solutions.
- Develop and implement integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with overarching business objectives.

**4. Technical Leadership and Mentorship**:

- Provide authoritative technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, imparting in-depth knowledge of Dell Boomi best practices and SFDC integration nuances.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.

**5. Performance Optimization Prowess**:

- Identify and address complex performance bottlenecks in Dell Boomi integrations, employing advanced optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce latency.

**6. Strategic Collaboration and Communication**:

- Forge strong collaborative ties with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and administrators, to ensure seamless execution of integration projects.
- Communicate sophisticated technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience with a predominant focus on Dell Boomi integration and SFDC complexities.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing highly intricate and large-scale integration solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of API management, RESTful services, and other cutting-edge integration technologies.
- Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) is highly desirable.
