Estate Officer

**ESTATE OFFICER**

Mittal Group of Companies with its Corporate Office located at Bathinda and BCL Industries Ltd. being its flagship company, is setting new standards in domain ie: Edible Oil, Distillery & Real Estate. Established in 1976, our presence cuts across the length and breadth of India. We are currently looking for an Estate Officer (GM Grade) on permanent basis to be located at Bathinda to take care of two residential colonies ie Ganpati Estate & Sheesh Mahal, over a combined area of 120 acres.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations related to maintenance, Sales, Mktg and administration.
- Provide leadership & vision to the team.
- Preparation of sales deed and issue of No objection certificate.
- Maintenance of files related to transfer / allotment of plots / flats / villas / shops etc. and all other post sale documents.
- Issue of bills towards maintenance to include charges towards sewerage, water, electricity and common area maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for reaching out to customers / residents to collect payment of bills and other payments.
- Conduct recovery procedure when outstanding dues identified.
- Collection of documents and maintenance of records thereof.
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff involved in housekeeping, security, horticulture, water supply, electricity, etc.
- Develop maintenance procedures, carry out inspections of the facilities, identify and resolve issues relating to machinery and residents.
- Keep maintenance logs, report on daily activities, ensure general area cleanliness, timely disposal of waste, etc

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Excellent academic records with min qualification as graduate i.e. BBA etc.
- Adequate experience in said field with min 3+ years as head estate.
- Understanding of collections / sales channel / real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Location: Bathinda (Punjab)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
