Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage outsourced ERP support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated ERP support issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERP developers, business analysts, and end-users, to identify system enhancements, process improvements, and best practices.

5. Monitor system performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems and data protection.

Qualifications:
1. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

2. Extensive experience (10+ years) working with SAP ERP systems, including hands-on experience with multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).

3. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. In-depth knowledge of SAP support methodologies, tools, and best practices.

7. Experience with SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and system integrations is desirable.

8. SAP certification(s) preferred.

9. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

10. Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
