Strong domain experience and technical expertise are mandatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train ITI pass outs and trainees in proposed trades
- Design training sessions and deliver micro-modules
- Conduct workshops and best practice sessions
- Continuously develop and update their knowledge of the relevant industry
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve training sessions
- Collaborate with other trainers to improve training quality

**Requirements**:

- B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of total work experience, with 5 years in the relevant industry and 3 years in training in proposed trades
- Experience in training ITI/polytechnic trainees
- Strong technical knowledge and domain expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CAD & CAM software is essential
