We are seeking a motivated **Sales and Operations Associate** who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our day-to-day operations while supporting business growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys working across multiple functions, balancing administrative duties with strategic business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communications to drive new business opportunities.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee and improve operational workflows to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Client Engagement**: Manage customer interactions, providing timely responses to inquiries and maintaining a high level of client service.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups, working closely with product, marketing, and technical teams.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports and analyses to support management decision-making and track key performance metrics.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with an attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing reports.
- An interest in technology, sales, and operations.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Bow Chat, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, operations, or a related role would be a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems, and project management software.
