**Front Office Executive**

**Reports to**: Front Office Manager / Hotel Manager
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**: Greet guests as they arrive and check them in, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
- **Guest Queries**: Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and other relevant information.
- **Check-out Process**: Process guest check-outs, handle billing and payments, and ensure guests leave with a positive impression.
- **Front Office Operations**: Operate front office equipment, including the telephone system, reservation software, and other tools necessary for daily operations.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of guest information, room occupancy, and financial transactions.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties, such as preparing reports, processing payments, and managing guest correspondence.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- **Minimum of a high school diploma** (preferably a degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field).
- **Experience**:
- Experience in a **hotel or resort** environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Gender Preference**: Male or Female.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
