**Job Description of the Vacancy**
- Capable of handling GST compliances.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS.
- Possess good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

**Job Description: -**

1. Invoicing and collections reconciliations, payments identifications and clearing up suspense accounts.

2. Monitor regular bank reconciliation.

3. All Sales invoice maintained Sales register.

4. All Purchase invoice-maintained Purchase register.

5. Prepare Profit and Loss accounts and Monthly Balance Sheet.

6. Close Sales Every end of the month and Update to Management

7. Ledger scrutiny all ledger

8. Debtors /Creditors balance confirmation reconciliation with Creditor / Debtors

9. Finalization of accounts.

10. Project cash flows activity from time to time to stakeholders.

11. MIS report - Monthly Budgets

12. Budgetary control, variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.

13. Compiling data and finalizing for Income Tax, TDS, Provident Fund, ESIC, Profession Tax, GST and any other statutory compliances, as may be applicable.

14. Assist in statutory compliances and regulatory requirements.

15. Statutory Audit

16. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the timely completion of accounts on a fortnightly basis.

17. Experience on Tally Prime is compulsory

18. All the above functions applicable for all the group companies handed over to you.

Technical Skills required/ Educational background
- B.Com/ M.Com
- Possess good knowledge of tally and computer.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary of Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000 per month.
