Role Description: As the Chief Social Media Officer (CSMO) and Co-founder of our company dedicated to the betterment of social media agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic direction and leading our efforts to create a positive and impactful presence in the digital landscape. Your role will involve a blend of visionary leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to drive our mission of promoting ethical and effective social media practices. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:
**Strategic Vision**: Work closely with fellow co-founders to define the company's mission, values, and long-term objectives. Develop a clear vision for how the company will contribute to improving social media practices for businesses and individuals.
**Leadership**: Provide strong leadership by setting a positive example and inspiring a team of social media experts. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
**Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals. Forge relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
**Service Offerings**: Collaborate with the team to develop a range of services that cater to diverse client needs, including social media strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, reputation management, and more.
**Ethical Guidelines**: Establish a set of ethical guidelines for the company's operations, ensuring that all social media strategies and campaigns prioritize authenticity, transparency, and respect for users' privacy.
**Client Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges. Lead the creation of tailored social media strategies that align with clients' objectives while adhering to best practices.
**Team Management**: Build and manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, data analysts, and community managers. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
**Industry Insights**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and changes in social media platforms and algorithms. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for clients.
**Campaign Execution**: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' goals and deliver measurable results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
**Thought Leadership**: Represent the company as a thought leader in the industry by participating in conferences, webinars, podcasts, and other relevant events. Share insights and expertise on responsible and effective social media practices.
**Measurement and Reporting**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track the success of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports to clients and the leadership team.
**Innovation**: Foster innovation within the company by encouraging experimentation with new strategies, content formats, and emerging social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
