**What does a great Specialist, Software Development Engineering do?**
Collaborate with Finance and Treasury business group of Financial System Team and help organization to solve complex business problems and build sophisticated business solutions in SAP Treasury module.
**Role Description -**
As Specialist, Software Development Engineer you would be responsible to Analyze, plan, design, configure and test SAP Finance and Treasury solution to meet the business and regulatory needs leveraging knowledge on SAP Finance and Treasury.
**What you will do**:
- Design and perform configuration in SAP software functionality of New General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Costing, Results Analysis, Revenue recognition and Profitability Analysis
- Work with the Business and technical leads to Plan, co-ordinate and execute technical projects from task assignment to completion.
- Organize the work efforts and prioritize the tasks to achieve the SLAs for timely completion of the Production support deliverables.
- Execute the project deliverables by collaborating with the on-site technical and business teams. Analyze existing business processes, working with the business units to identify best practices by covering the SAP cross functional integration with all modules.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and provide functional support for the development team. Conduct system integration testing and assist the business users in completing the user acceptance testing, to complete the functionality validation before recommending the release of changes to the production environment.
- Collaborate with the business systems leaders to identify, research and propose functionality improvement opportunities in the financial systems technology roadmap.
- Applications configuration and VIM system installation / upgrade.
- Design and configure Role creation, Document Processing, Workflow process, VIM central report etc.
- Enable solutions in Standard SAP Treasury Fiori Apps
**What you will need to have**:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Treasury (preferably S4HANA) and SAP Finance
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Treasury implementations, including hands-on design and configuration experience or exposure to 3-4 projects in the capacity of functional consultant or lead.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury module experience.
- Expertise in SAP core treasury module (Bank Account Management BAM, Bank Communication management BCM, Treasury Payments, Cash Management)
- SAP Treasury Experience (, SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management and/or SAP S/4 HANA Cash Management)
- Comprehensive knowledge of FI, Costing including profitability analysis, New General Ledger, fund management.
- Expertise in cash and liquidity Management.
**What would be great to have**:
- Strong background of Finance like CA, B. Com, M.Com, MBA, PMP, CPA, CTP, FRM or CFA
- SAP TRM Certification
- S4 HANA FINANCE certification
- Experience of Finance and Treasury business operations.
- Banking and Financial Services experience
- Basic ABAP knowledge or debugging
