1. Manage front desk with better reception to visitors and employees
2. Maintaining visitors register, employee register, courier register.
3. Maintaining assets register. Taking care of asset contracts, servicing
4. Managing Phone call lines.
5. Taking care of House Keeping, Office Hygiene, Stationaries, Patty Cash.
6. Helping company employees by data entry in software.
7. Maintaining vendor register and coordinating with them.
8. Other office Administration work.
**Skills Required**:
1. Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication
i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
