Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Digital Team partners with business units and clients to develop software and technical innovation. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative software.

As a OFSD Portfolio Devops Architect, you will be responsible for
- Ensuring the technical integrity and consistency of the solutions at every stage of the product life cycle and providing the technical vision during the development and deployment phase of a project to ensure that the business and technical requirements are met during implementation and deployment.
- Owning the delivery of Security as Code to include the strategy, tool selection, process definition, and day-to-day management of the Secure DevOps function.
- Conducting architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of organization-wide systems throughout OFS Digital
- Identifying customer and nonfunctional requirements, analyzing alternatives, and conducting product recommendations related to software, platform and deployment configurations.
- Facilitating Architecture and Security reviews
- Developing, enhancing, and maintaining established service design procedures and processes
- Working closely with Enterprise Architect within Portfolio Architect team to assure constant compliance of strategic road map and architecture.
- Performing as member of high-performance architecture team supporting business-oriented project development effort
- Preparing and presenting technical presentations, lab reports, analyst briefings, and/or white papers to respond to different requirements from production lines and organizational initiatives
- Collaborating with IT development team to assure architectural solutions can be suitably translated into successful implementations
- Monitoring configuration management, platform layout, and hosting infrastructure.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Experience with modern Architecture principles: µServices, Containers, K8, Cloud IaaS, Cloud PaaS, Parallel Processing (Big Data).
- Have experience in Open Source Stacks: Apache, CNCF and others & Security Patterns: Network, API, Data and others
- Have experience in Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code (Terraform, Cloud formation, Ansible, etc)
