Copy Supervisor

We are seeking a **Copy Supervisor**to lead our dynamic content team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking, as well as a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams. As a **Copy Supervisor**, you will shape the creative vision for our brand and clients, lead brainstorming and ideation sessions, and ensure the execution of high-quality content strategies for digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with various teams, drive creative output, and inspire others to push boundaries while meeting business objectives.

- ** Delegation & Management**: Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities across the team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- ** Team Leadership**: Supervise, mentor, and guide managers and executives, fostering professional growth and creativity within the team.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of content delivered by the team, maintaining high standards.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Oversee the visual and creative elements of projects, ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy and proactively addressing any issues that may hinder growth.
- ** Client Engagement**: Attend and actively participate in client meetings and pitches, presenting ideas, strategies, and creative solutions.
- ** Deadline Management**: Adhere to tight deadlines while delivering flawless, high-quality creative work.
- ** Escalation Management**: Address and manage team escalations, ensuring smooth project delivery and team cohesion.

**Skills & Experience You’ll Need**:
- ** Humor & Creativity**: A good sense of humor and the ability to infuse creativity into your work - because jokes sell content
- ** Presentation & Communication**: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- ** Pop Culture & Trends**: A strong understanding of pop culture, internet memes, and digital trends, with the ability to create content that resonates with current cultural conversations.
- ** Passion for Quality**: A strong drive to push yourself and your team to deliver the highest quality work that you can be proud of.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a creative leadership role within digital media, advertising, or a related field.
- ** Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and successful campaigns.
- ** Education**: A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree or diploma is a plus.
- ** Team Management**: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
