As part of this partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Trainer to provide comprehensive training to engineering passouts on live projects from Krenai. This unique opportunity will allow our trainees to gain practical experience and exposure to real-world Java projects, making it a valuable addition to their skillset.

Job Summary:
As a Java Trainer at Code91, you will have the flexibility to choose between part-time and full-time options. The training sessions will be conducted offline, providing an interactive learning environment for engineering passouts at our Noida office.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct training sessions on Java programming for engineering passouts.

2. Develop and deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions to ensure effective learning and skill development.

3. Provide mentorship and guidance to participants, helping them understand Java concepts thoroughly.

4. Design and create training materials, presentations, and other resources to support the learning process.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.

6. Evaluate trainees' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

7. Address trainees' questions, concerns, and challenges promptly during the training period.

8. Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on trainees' performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Java Trainer, with in-depth knowledge of Java programming language.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training content.

5. Ability to explain complex Java concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

6. Patience and a passion for helping others learn and succeed in their Java programming skills.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions.

8. Willingness to adapt training methods based on participants' skill levels and learning styles.

**Salary**: ₹20,485.90 - ₹39,799.55 per month
