**(Urgent Hiring)**
- **Position Overview**:_ As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging motion graphics and animations. You will work closely with a team of designers, animators, and creative directors to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality motion designs for various mediums such as video, web, mobile, and social media. Your expertise in motion design, animation principles, and industry trends will play a vital role in producing compelling visual experiences.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Motion Design and Animation**: Develop and execute creative concepts, storyboards, and animations for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, motion graphics for websites and apps, and social media content.
- **Conceptualization and Ideation**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and concepts that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience.
- **Visual Style and Branding**: Create visually appealing and cohesive motion designs that align with brand identity, maintaining consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure all motion designs and animations meet the highest quality standards and are error-free. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions throughout the design process to guarantee accuracy and excellence.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate effectively with team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Communicate ideas, project updates, and design rationale clearly and professionally to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Professional Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling is essential.
- **Creative Vision and Conceptualization**:Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling motion designs. Experience in conceptualizing and storyboarding animations is highly desirable.
- **Design Principles**:In-depth understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and best practices. Familiarity with typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- **Time Management and Adaptability**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables and error-free animations.
- **Portfolio and References**:A strong portfolio that demonstrates your motion design skills and showcases your ability to create visually engaging and impactful animations. References or testimonials from previous clients or colleagues are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
