**Job Position**:CCE (Call Centre Executive) - BPO/Tele Sales

**No of openings**:50+

**Salary Offered**:25000 to 30000

**Job location**: Noida One Tech Park, Sector 62, Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers and explaining about the platform and on boarding them. inbound / outbound & Chats
- Understanding customers; issues / queries and solve them efficiently
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets Minimum

**Qualification & Required Skills**:

- Any UG with an experience of a minimum of 0-1 in an inbound / outbound call center with excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Upselling skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Multilingual)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- English, Hindi & any South Indian language is mandatory

**Workday**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- sector 16, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total Work: 1 year (preferred)
- Telesales/ Telecaller: 1 year (preferred)
- IT/BPO Company: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
