**We are Hiring a Tele caller**

**Summary**

As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone with the aim of promoting and selling products or services, providing information, and generating leads. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using prepared scripts or information provided by the company. Banking/ Loan background will be a plus

2. **Customer Engagement**: Engage in polite and persuasive conversations with customers to promote products or services, answer their queries, and address concerns.

3. **Product/Service Knowledge**: Acquire a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

4. **Follow-Up**: Maintain a record of customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely response to customer requests.

5. **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.

6. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

7. **Market Research**: Gather market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

8. **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and sales details in the company's database.

9. **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and ethical guidelines during all customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**Working Conditions**
- Typically, office-based
**Should know English, Hindi, Kannada**
- May involve sitting for extended periods.
- Working hours may vary, including evenings and weekends.
- The role may require dealing with irate or difficult customers occasionally.

**Compensation**

Salary 15-20k Per month commission-based, depending on the company's compensation structure.

Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
