**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Jaipur (Work from Office)

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Experience**: 2 to 6 years

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. You will enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic to acquire leads/customers. You will also be responsible for the development and growth of our subscription services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- **Meta Ads Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager to track and report on campaign performance.
- Develop and test ad creatives to improve engagement and conversions.
- **Subscription Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase subscription rates.
- Analyze subscription data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to create compelling offers and promotions.
- **Communication**:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and subscription metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience in subscription-based services is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,522.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
