**Job Title**: Safety Officer

**Job Descriptions**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide safety training to employees on proper procedures for handling equipment and materials, as well as emergency response protocols.
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
- Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, and ensure that policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
- Coordinate with external safety agencies and authorities as necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments for new projects or processes and make recommendations for mitigating potential risks.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a safety officer or similar role, preferably in the construction or concrete testing industry.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA certification) is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
