Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.
- Provide detailed information about immigration programs, procedures, eligibility requirements, and documentation.
- Understand clients' specific needs and suggest suitable immigration options based on their profiles.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer queries, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for client conversion.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive, professional, and empathetic throughout the client's journey.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes, customer experience, and overall team performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
