Admin support will assit in admin tasks. Driving is a must (2-wheeler and 4-wheeler).
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies with in the office.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Helping organize and maintain office common area.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating and organizing events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Aiding with clients reception as needed.
- Creating, maintain, and entering information in to database.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issue.
- Maintain trusting relationship with management, customers and colleagues.
- Take care of office things & office stuff.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among management and employees.
- Updating appointment calendars, creating travel vouchers, performing word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing.
- Ordering stationery and furniture.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Bank related works.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
