Medical Laboratory Technician

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, observations, and results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and share findings.
- Troubleshoot equipment and experimental issues.
- Keep inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bsc MLT, D mlt/mlt
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
